We have successfully organised the prestigious UKCC Megafinal 2023 event in Essex.
The amazing venue Colchester Town Hall attracted junior chess players not only from Essex but also from Kent, London, Suffolk and Cambridge. The interest was huge among chess enthusiasts. The number of entries hit our allocated capacity one week prior to the event date.
The young minds engaged in the battle of 64 squares in 5 different age categories (8, 10, 12, 14 and 18 years). We congratulate all prize winners and the Gigafinal qualifiers (register here). Our best wishes for their journey towards the Terrafinal.
